After how many years, the BOS will finally hold hearing to discuss WATER RATES!
Impressive leadership!
Does that include the FEES former Town Manager Jack Healey stated had not been increased for almost 20 years?
The issue of Water Abatements was finally discussed during the BOS 10/1 Meeting.
It was indicated that THEY had never signed or approved them in the past.
Who did?
The Town Charter charges the BOS as 'Water Commissioners.'
Wonder if they've read it??
Leadership? Experience?
As Chairwoman Brunelle opened & closed the Fall Town Meeting Warrant, did she mention the new water service provided on an emergency basis to a Carver Residence?
Doesn't it require Town Meeting Approval?
Didn't she comment about the issue during a Selectmen's Meeting in 2003?
And wasn't there some 'land acceptance' that required Town Meeting Approval?
Gee, wasn't that 'land acceptance' dictated by the faulty BOS action?
Gee, isn't there an attorney on the BOS?
